Your dedicated move manager will make an appointment for a home survey, either in person our using our video application to estimate the volume and verify the accesses. During this home survey our move manager will guide you through the various steps, starting with the preparations for your move and discussing the protection required for your furniture, fragile objects, piano, works of art and other personal belongings. Your move manager will discuss custom clearance formalities, including any particularities linked to your destination, shipping method and estimated transit times.

Technical visit and day d

Depending on the volume surveyed and your destination your move manager will propose a move by sea or air container or overland. Each method with its own specificities and particularities as to packing and shipment.

Once the home survey completed you will receive a quote including all services required for your relocation, including the cost of parking permits and external elevator at origin and delivery charges based on good access at destination.

On the day of the move our team leader will introduce you to his team of professionals, no need to give “a helping hand”, these experienced and trained movers will pack your personal belongings as if they were theirs. Covers to protect the mattresses, wardrobe cartons for your clothes, strong carton boxes and paper to protect trinkets, dishes and other fragile items, paper blanket and bubble wrap to protect furniture, mirrors, antiques and works of art.

Your move manager will be your single point of contact while you move to a new country. He understands how daunting it may be to move internationally and is there to help you every step of the way, to provide moving tips before packing, to help fill out the moving insurance forms, to complete the necessary paperwork for customs clearance and track your shipment.

Upon arrival of your personal effects your move manager will arrange, together with our agent, the delivery at your new house. The movers will assemble the furniture, set the furniture in place according to your wishes and unpack all your boxes. They take all debris along when they leave.
